Eric Milligan will be preparing a Mushroom Luncheon with Kimball Packard’s assistance. Eric will then exit the kitchen and speak about the best practices of cooking with mushrooms.

Eric Milligan of The New Hampshire Mushroom Company is obsessed with mushrooms. When not out collecting them, he is busy growing them. Eric started the NH Mushroom Company with some friends in June 2012. Mushroom growing is a 24 hour 7 days a week venture year round. Eric and his team built unique atmospheric chamber rooms in the farm building. Each room is programmed to run within 1/2 degree temp and at the percent humidity requirement of each type of mushroom for optimal growth.

The NH Mushroom Company sells at Farmers Markets year round in Tamworth and Concord, and Portsmouth plus seasonally at several other locations in NH. Valley.
