Lauren Barrett is the co-owner of Whippletree Winery located in the quaint historic town of Tamworth, NH. She will discuss the method of madness used to make the wine from the vine and how it is done locally.

The winery is housed in a 1940s summer cottage which was moved from Ossipee Lake to Tamworth to save the building. The building was originally owned by Virgil D. White, who patented the snowmobile in 1917.

Whippletree Winery is known as “the winery in the woods” where a welcoming relaxed atmosphere will be found. A wide range of award winning, premium wines can be enjoyed. These fine wines are handcrafted with minimal processing for maximum flavor...made the old country way.
